Running your own business requires a lot of organization in order to make sure everything is working properly, and so that no task or meeting is missed. So to help you keep all your assignments, documents, emails, etc., in order, I’ve created a list of tools that I love to use to help run my business.

Constant Contact is a paid email marketing tool to send out emails to businesses and customers. You can track conversions, create or use pre-made templates, automate emails, send surveys, and so much more. Prices start at $25 a month, but can go up based on the number of emails you are sending on a monthly basis, as well as the total number of subscribers you’re sending to.
Fiitfu is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool that makes managing clients easy and empowers successful follow-up. Aside from managing clients, you can use it to maintain orders and invoices, send out marketing emails, manage events or meetings and even create forms to collect customer information. You can choose the pay as you go option for less than $20 a month, or you can opt for the all-in-one plan for less than $200 ($16.63 a month) for the whole year.
MailChimp is another email marketing tool like Constant Contact that gives you the ability to not only send out emails, track conversions/analytics, but also easily integrate with a ton of other eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
You can opt for the free version for as long as you want without ever having to select a plan. However, if you do choose to upgrade, you will have access to a ton of other platforms to help make email marketing a success.
Taxbot is an awesome tax tool where you can track mileage automatically using your phone’s GPS system, digitally store receipts, and print audit safe tax reports. It’s either $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year.
Voxer a great FREE app you can use to send group voice messages or talk back and forth with your team. It saves messages for you so that you can either listen immediately or later at your convenience. It’s available on iPhone, Android, the web, Apple watch, and Samsung Gear S2 watch.
Zoom is a website that allows you to do video conference calls. It’s easy to use, offers screen sharing (even on the iPhone/iPad app), recording abilities and mobile collaboration with co-annotation along with other features. The price is $14.99 a month.
